Greenvolt is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team, where you will be responsible for supporting the accounting and financial management of the group's companies.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking that invoices are processed correctly, per specific documentation and group policy;
• Ensuring that current accounts are up to date and reconciled;
• Review and process employee expense reports submitted through Concur software.
• Monitoring reports on the expenses process;
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, particularly the accounts payable and employee expense sections.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation;
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) modules and Concur (preferred);
• Knowledge of English;
• Team-oriented;
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and
  - paced international business environment.
