We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to help take care of our financial system, DATEV, and ensure smooth financial operations, tax reporting, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DATEV, be
- oriented, and possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Administrator, or similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in DATEV (mandatory).
3. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
4. Experience in invoicing, tax preparation, and financial administration.
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
6. Excellent organizational and
   - solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and oversee the financial system DATEV, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
2. Process daily transactions, general ledger entries, and
   - end/year-end closings.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
4. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
5. Prepare and submit tax reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Work with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure financial accuracy.
7. Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
9. Oversee administrative finance tasks, including expense tracking and payroll support.
10. Optimize financial workflows and internal controls.
