Primary Purpose of the Role:

This position will focus on processing daily payments and accounting for these payments as per process rules and deadlines, meeting monthly close activities on critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Electronic payment processing via BACs of third party and/or Intercompany invoices within strict deadlines in
   - operator Thales companies
2. Instigate / resolve invoice queries
3. Maintain prepayments and debit balances at an acceptable level
4. Process Staff Expenses claims and carry out compliance checks
5. Monthly closing reports and routines with strict deadlines
6. Ad-hoc Payables related tasks - as and when required
