ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant French speaker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

For a portfolio of companies:

• Prepare, reconcile and analyze the payroll accounts,
• Analyze and justify the rent accounts in relation with internal teams to prepare closing activities,
• Ensure the clearing of unreconciled items with internal teams,
• Actively participate in accounting closings through the reconciliation and follow up of intercompany positions.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in accounting,
• Fluent in French and good level of English,
• Good knowledge in Excel and SAP will be a plus,
• Rigorous and dynamic, you have a good analytical mind,
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
