With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are looking for a
- oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting & Financial teams.

Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements. Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts. Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate data entry and document management for financial transactions. Support compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist in preparing tax and regulatory filings. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
