The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

1. Execute accounting tasks – assume responsibility for the technical accuracy of accounting and tax compliance for Hexagroup, Hexaconsulting, Hexa People, and Hexa Engineering.
2. Completing and submitting tax declarations and annexes: DMR, M22, IES, M39, M10, VAT, Recapitulative Declaration, and withholding tax.
3. Responsible for entering accruals and deferrals in accounting.
4. Responsible for verifying the accounting balances of
   - group accounts.
5. Responsible for checking current accounting accounts.
6. Recording of depreciation.
7. Prepare and submit payroll declarations to social security.
8. Submit tax payment forms to the tax authority.
9. Process payments related to IRC (Corporate Income Tax).
10. Create fixed asset records.
11. Submit Saft (Standard Audit File for Taxation) for invoicing.
12. Communicate and exchange documentation with the Official Auditor and oversee audit processes.
13. Annual submission of the SME Certification.
14. Execute General Assembly Minutes related to financial statement closures.
15. Receive, organize, and verify expense documents related to credit card expenses and their proper accounting.
16. Verify and record expense data in the Boond expense management system and ensure proper accounting.
17. Record employee expenses (DSP) in the management system and process accounting entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
  Point, etc. )
