Job Description:

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate weekly payment run;
2. Working with banking tools for manual payment and intercompany Payments;
3. Forecast and Cash Out;
4. Manage the Vendor account;
5. Create reports;
6. Intercompany reconciliations;
7. Internal communication with other teams;
8. Develop process documentation and support process improvements;
9. Month-end closing.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically accounts payable, preferably in a shared service environment;
2. Academic background in accounting or management;
3. Previous working experience with SAP FI;
4. Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
5. Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian or French);
6. Communication skills and a cooperative mindset;
7. High level of accountability and accuracy;
8. Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures;
9. Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment.
