Job Description:

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
• Analyze price/quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
• Create and update process documentation;
• Liaise and follow up with colleagues in plants, purchasing, and other Webasto teams to solve issues with invoices;
• Goods Receipt/Invoices Receipt analysis;
• Management of queries/tickets from vendors and internal customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting (1 – 3 years), preferably in a shared service environment;
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
• Working experience with SAP FI, SAP S4 Hana experience is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
• Language skills: fluent in English written and spoken;
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
• Ability to handle
  - volume of data entry with a high level of accuracy.
