ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for an Accountant English speaker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and closing activities,
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and
  - ledger reconciliations,
• Prepare financial and fiscal reports, perform variance analysis and support audits,
• Ensure compliance with standards, improve processes, and document SOPs.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required),
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. Being a certified accountant is a plus,
• Good level of English,
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and systems,
• Proficiency in ERP systems with SAP being a plus,
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e. g. , pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis),
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
