Job Description:

- known company located in Miraflores, who is a global leader in offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.

Currently, to reinforce their Shared Services team, we are recruiting an Account Payables Accountant (f/m/d) fluent in English (mandatory - minimum: B2), Spanish or another language is a plus.

Workplace: Miraflores

Work schedule: 8h per day from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday to Friday.

Note: The first month is fully in the office, and afterward is a hybrid system.

Reporting directly to the Account Payables Manager, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks for the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the accounting of manual payments and clearing operations;
• Ensure the booking of purchase invoices;
• Produce the analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of payment incidents;
• Ensure adherence to the rules and standards of the tasks;
• Identify and indicate deviations;
• Ensure good operational,
  -
  - day relationships with suppliers;
• Participate in the
  - up of indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.

Profile:

• Technical and Professional Studies in Finance/Accounting, preferably having a High-Level Education or equivalent;
• Good knowledge in finance, accounting, and treasury;
• Fluency in Excel and SAP.
