The role
- Be the face of Pleez after client acquisition;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
- Responsible for decreasing churn rate;
- Track and report on operational performance, and also clients feedback about potential product improvements;
- Optimize and implement onboarding processes for restaurants;
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients.
In this role, you'll not only be responsible for managing accounts in Portugal but you will also manage clients in our exciting new market in the UK. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and help drive growth for our clients by providing strategic insights and recommendations. Ideal profile
- Focused on results;
- Proactive and resilient: with Duracell batteries;
- A customer-centric attitude and the ability to create long lasting relationships with our partners;
- Fluent in English understanding, both spoken and written;
- Team player;
- Critical mindset to give inputs to the product development market fit;
- Previous experience in food tech and
- ups is a plus.
