The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in Portugal by identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and consulting on strong relationships while providing ongoing support to our existing customers. Together with the rest of the team, you will drive the growth of Easy
Park as a service, by connecting with municipalities, but also with private parking operators (both on street and off street). This role presents a great opportunity to continue to build on the Easy
Park success in Portugal. Your area of responsibility will be the North of Portugal where you will have the opportunity to transform the market through the Easy
Park offering. There will also be close collaboration with colleagues in the distribution function from a wide range of other markets, sharing ideas, and relevant matters, in order to help each other toward future success. Not to forget you will also collaborate with many other functions like Marketing, Product managers, Customer Care, to improve our market solutions.
Your Contribution and Impact
This role is broad in scope, combining sales and business development skills with the ability to build new partnerships and maintain and grow existing ones. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the current situation
- Identifying relevant leads and opportunities
- Establishing first contact with potential clients
- Negotiating agreements
- Implementing solutions in collaboration with our Partner Success Manager team
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with our public and private partners (Parking Operators)

Your Background
We believe every career path is unique, but an ideal candidate might have:
- A strong commercial background, particularly in key account management or similar roles (at least +8 years)
- Experience selling complex services (e. g. , Saa
S), managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to implementation - A degree in economics, business administration, or a similar
- Proficiency in using CRM systems as part of the sales process
- Experience collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities) is a plus but not required
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English is essential
The candidate should be based in the North of Portugal, preferably in Porto.
