Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Account Manager - Orthopedics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the orthopedics portfolio;
• Identify and engage with key
  - makers in public and private hospitals and medical facilities to promote our medical devices;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals;
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our orthopedics portfolio;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis;
• Attend conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network and promote our medical devices;
• Provide technical training to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Technician) is preferred;
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, with a focus on orthopedics products;
• Strong understanding of the orthopedics medical device market, including knowledge of competitors, products, and industry trends;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals;
• Self-motivated and
  - driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
