Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and
- driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base for our Control Tower (Transport Desk) services.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving continuous improvements in transportation and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify opportunities within the panel of existing customers, convert leads into
- term customers through proactive engagement and targeted sales strategies. - Product Matching & Customization: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our Control Tower services.
- Demos & Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits relevant to each customer's operations.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Analyze transport data to identify trends, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights to customers.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Present KPI-driven reports and insights to customers, ensuring continuous improvement in their transport management.
- Process & Implementation Management: Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and integration to ensure a seamless implementation of our solutions.
- Competitive & Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to refine sales and account management strategies.
Transportation & Logistics Improvement Actions:
- Optimization Strategies: Work with customers to streamline their transportation operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Carrier Performance Monitoring: Analyze carrier performance data to recommend improvements in carrier selection and route optimization.
- Automation & Digitalization: Promote digital solutions for better tracking, invoicing, and communication between shippers and carriers.
- Spot Quote & Rate Card Analysis: Assist customers in optimizing their pricing strategies through

- making. - Sustainability Initiatives: Encourage
- friendly transport options and strategies to help customers reduce their carbon footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or logistics consulting.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
