Account Executive – Digital Advertising Project
Are you passionate about advertising and sales? We are looking for an Account Executive to join a dynamic team and help businesses grow through digital advertising solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Become an expert in ad products, identifying the right solutions for each client.
- Conduct outbound sales (lead generation, cold calls, discovery, pitches, negotiation, media planning).
- Educate prospects on how digital advertising fits into their marketing strategy.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead identification to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Use sales technology to track sales activity and optimize performance.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to a supportive and collaborative sales environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing;
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to consultatively sell and close deals.
- Experience in marketing/digital agencies is a plus.
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling client presentations using data and research.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- 10 working days of training (80 hours total, 8 hours per day).
- Comprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday: 08h - 17h
- Base salary + holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- Meal allowance (€7 per working day).
- Private health and dental insurance after contract signature.
- Portuguese employment contract with 22 vacation days per year.
- Work location: Porto, Portugal.
