Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Principal IAM Developer who has spent years working with Identity and Access Management and understands its criticality in a corporate environment.

The Role:

Be an IAM Developer Expert and support our teams in driving our Identity & Access Management strategy towards corporate success. As SAP runs SAP, you will work with your colleagues towards the overall strategy within the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization.

1. Excellent Experience in IAM Authorization Design & Implementation is a must.
2. Outstanding Knowledge and Experience in ABAP programming language (SAP Workbench, SAP-ABAP, ABAP-Objects, SAP-Dynpro, Web-Dynpro, Web-Services, Web-Methods, FIORI, Eclipse, PI, i
   Doc, ABAP Restful Application).
3. Understand business requirements and challenge requests and translate them into development requirements.
4. Understanding good testing practices, including unit testing and Test Drive Development.
5. Previous Experience in Java and other programming languages is appreciated.
6. Experience with SQL and No
   SQL databases is recommended.
7. Experience with Git and Continuous Integration/ Delivery is appreciated.
8. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas in a structured way.
9. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
10. Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks.
11. Ability to work with virtual and distributed teams.
12. Quick learner, open and ready to be
    - skilled in any technologies as per the needs of the business.

- Contribute to the IAM Strategy & Roadmap within SAP.

- Support our teams & projects with high impact and risk towards broad corporate goals in virtual setups.

- Support younger talents in their learning journey.

- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
