Job Description:

Protofire is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

Required:

1. Leadership experience as PM, PO or Tech lead for 5+ years
2. Agile Methodologies knowledge
3. Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
4. Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
5. De
   Fi Protocol experience or knowledge
6. Dev
   Ops direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
7. Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 (Desirable)
8. Previous experience working as a developer
9. Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (Next
   JS, Rust, Go, Python), BA, QA, Dev
   Ops, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if necessary.
10. Experience working with containerization like Docker
11. A passion for decentralized,
    -
    - peer systems and Web3 technologies
12. Wallets multisig
13. Business and
    - oriented mindset
14. Finance knowledge
15. Solidity
16. Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
