Your Role: Live Studio Operations Manager

As a key leader in the 24/7 live studio team, you’ll oversee operations, inspire teams, and ensure
- quality production performance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Supervise daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and guiding Team Managers;
2. Develop & execute strategies to improve efficiency and optimize processes;
3. Lead, motivate, and support teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration;
4. Ensure
   - quality standards across teams, workflows, and projects;
5. Analyze performance KPIs & data insights to drive operational success;
6. Oversee key projects and ensure seamless execution aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing
   - performing teams;
2. Strong
   - making skills and adaptability in a
   - paced environment;
3. Fluent English (both written and spoken) for effective communication;
4. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power
   Point, Outlook);
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in leadership & operations;
6. i
   Gaming or Live Casino experience is a plus but not required.
