Are you passionate about data analysis and process optimization? At excelia, we are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in Power BI and SQL to join our team.

What will you do in this role?

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and ETL processes in the context of residential customer sales.
• Monitor and optimize data processing.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in reports, indicators, and processes.
• Collaborate with commercial channels, support teams, and other company departments.
• Conduct data and business analysis to drive
  - making.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to work with Python (a plus).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in dashboard development, KPIs, and ETL processes.
• A degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal clients and support teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Critical thinking and proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities.
